DevOps Jakub Pazdyga
Cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability.
I design and run environments that can be rebuilt from code — not from memory. I work where repeatable deployments, visible failures and a cost someone deliberately accepted are what matters.
What I do
- AWSEnvironment design, networking, permissions, cost. Serverless and containers.
- Infrastructure as codeReproducible deployments, state you can inspect, gates in front of production.
- KubernetesClusters, GitOps, application and data lifecycle.
- ObservabilityMetrics, logs and traces chosen to answer business questions, not for completeness.
- Automation & CI/CDPipelines that refuse to run rather than quietly check nothing.
- Go backendsServices, provider API integrations, event processing.
Selected work
Umova
A system of record for creator collaborations: what was agreed, when it is due, who holds which rights and whether the money arrived. Go backend on AWS, event-driven, with e-invoicing and integrations into national clearance registries across the EU — amounts, dates and interest computed by deterministic code, never by a language model.
MichalKids
Family safety that does not turn into surveillance — a guardian, not a spy. School Mode, SOS, safe zones and an AI coach, built to fit the Polish school phone rules coming into force in 2026. School Mode is free.
groundhold
Infrastructure as contracts, not as templates. One provider-agnostic contract carries intent and invariants; per-cloud candidates carry the values. An observe → plan → converge cycle keeps a ledger of what actually exists, so a deployment can be reproduced — or refused — rather than guessed. It runs Umova's production environment on AWS.
